JovFunds Management Inc. and JovFunds Inc. (together, "JovFunds") is committed to protecting its customers' personal information. How JovFunds Uses Your Personal Information

Where applicable, JovFunds uses your personal information to:
• to establish, maintain and administer your financial services account; • provide you with financial services and financial products to suit your needs; and • meet regulatory and contractual requirements relating to the services and financial products provided to you JovFunds does not sell client lists or your personal information.
JovFunds may collect your personal information and transfer or disclose your personal information to:
a) affiliated companies for the purposes of providing you with products and services offered by JovFunds and our affiliated companies;
b) third parties who provide services to JovFunds in order for JovFunds to properly maintain and service your account. (Your personal information is only provided to those service providers who need your information to do their jobs); and
c) various government agencies, securities commissions and self-regulatory organizations ("SROs") for purposes such as tax reporting, compliance with money laundering and anti-terrorism legislation and securities regulation. Personal Information may be disclosed to SROs and used and disclosed by SROs for regulatory purposes, including surveillance of trading-related activity, sales and financial compliance, investigation of potential regulatory and statutory violations, regulatory databases, enforcement or disciplinary proceedings.

Your Consent

JovFunds will only collect, use or disclose personal information with your consent, except as required by law. Consent may be oral, written, expressed (e.g. providing your personal information on an application form) or implied (e.g. not withdrawing your consent to a certain use of your personal information when given the opportunity to do so). Your authorized representative may give consent on your behalf. You can at any time withdraw your consent for JovFunds to collect, use and disclose your personal information, subject to legal and contractual restrictions.

Protecting Your Personal Information

JovFunds maintains security standards and procedures intended to safeguard your personal information. JovFunds maintains a file of your personal information which is kept at either JovFunds' head office, branch office or both. Only those JovFunds employees, agents and authorized service providers who need your personal information to do their jobs are given access to your personal information.

When Does JovFunds Release Personal Information?

JovFunds does not release personal information about you to anyone other than as described herein, unless you request or authorize it, or if the information is provided to complete a transaction initiated by you or if JovFunds is required by law to disclose the information.

How Do I Keep My Personal Information Accurate?

JovFunds will try to ensure that the personal information collected and used is accurate and, where necessary, updated. You have the right to ask JovFunds to correct any inaccurate information about you in JovFund's possession.

How Long Does JovFunds Retain Personal Information?

Your personal information will only be kept as long as it is needed or as required by law.

Opting Out

It is always your choice whether or not to provide personal information or to consent to JovFunds obtaining personal information about you from third parties. If you choose not to provide the requested personal information or consents, JovFunds may not be able to provide you with certain products and services. For example, you may refuse consent for JovFunds to do a credit check, but JovFunds may not able to extend credit or margin services to you.
