CMDF is managed by JovFunds Management Inc. (the Manager). The Manager is responsible for managing and administering the affairs of the Fund, including, without limitation the preparation of shareholder reporting information, the appointment and supervision of service providers, the appointment of a principal distributor for the Fund, and the appointment of a custodian in respect to the Fund’s portfolio securities.
